We have a great opportunity for a friendly and capable receptionist to come on board and grow their administration career. You will be provided with extensive training, all you need to bring is a customer service / reception background, computer savvyness and a desire to learn!

Therefore we are able to offer our customers a broader range of materials handling solutions via the most suitable brands or products for their specific operational needs. This is a front of house position where your main purpose will be to be the friendly welcoming and warm face of our company as you:

• Manage all incoming calls and take messages
• Take care of our mailing system
• General administration including filing, invoicing, banking and data entry
• Ensure we are stocked with tea, coffee and stationary
• Tidy and maintain office/ board room

Whether you have several years' experience as a Receptionist or you have a minimum 3 years in customer service and you're looking to break into administration this could be the role for you.

• You are welcoming and patient at all times
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• You have intermediate typing and computer skills
