Location: Mildura
Work type:full-time
We are seeking for a confident, enthusiastic and friendly individual to work in our Office Manager role to work in our busy and expanding office.
Duties to include:
- Maintain office coordination and arrange necessary repairs
- Travel booking/management
- Diary management/meeting management
- Organise the office layout and order stationery and office supplies
- Coordinate with IT departments on all office equipment
- Dealing with general correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Managing office budgets
- Liaise well with overseas consumers
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Manage records and payroll of contractors
- Assist in carrying out recruitment and selection activities
- General Office duties as required
Your Profile:
- Must have experience supporting an office and previous experience in a similar Office Manager role essential
- Must have high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have exceptional time management, ability to organise others as well as themselves
- Must be fluent in English and good command in Chinese is a bonus
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
