To support extensive growth in the Technology Operations department we are recruiting for a newly created Area Manager role. Reporting to the Technology Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of the team, the focus of this role is to provide leadership, mentoring and direction to our Supervisors. Ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are of the highest standard throughout the team, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.
Integral to this position is the requirement to effectively manage the ‘cost centre' by ensuring effective and efficient execution of Operational Plans, by means of achieving throughput deliverables whilst proactively driving and maintaining desired quality standards within the area.

Role Requirements:
Experience in people management role with both operational and financial performance reporting accountability embedding a high performance culture
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders
Driving the team's capacity to deliver consistent quality on-site support, service and customer engagement
Highly developed commercial business acumen skills with the ability to successfully manage sales lead generation, profit and loss, budgets, data analysis and regular report compilation.
Strategic forecasting of resources based on the global sales pipeline and maintenance, incorporating employee training, development and leave.
Strong technical knowledge of Caterpillar or similar heavy mobile equipment
