The ideal candidate will be part of the Practice team of the Company, and support its clients to redefine and optimize their business processes and systems, and drive performance in finance, accounting and other support functions. He will bring together experiences of implementing solutions and developing new ideas to build the practical model of finance process transformation.
The candidate will participate in and drive various projects and initiatives, with focus on business process standardization, solution improvement and benchmarking. He will also support the Company's solution and transition efforts for new BPO accounts, and other ad-hoc projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business issues across multiple sectors
• Strong finance & accounting process knowledge
• 5 years F&A related experiences, out of which 3 years should be on project based work with external client facing role
• Can work both independently and with the team
• Fluency in English OR Japanese
熟悉财务应收，应付，总账等各个流程，英语或者日语熟练
