My client is a well established Not for Profit organisation based in the heart of Bridgend. This organisation going through a period of change at the moment.
Description
The Accountant/Finance Business Partner will join a well established and talented finance team in Bridgend.
This role will work very closely with non finance Senior Stakeholders in the business and assist them with their budgets.
You will act as a trusted Partner to these Stakeholders and assist them with a variety of cost saving iniciatives and managing their finances whilst driving continuious improvement.
The Accountant/Finance Business Partner will produce timely Month End Management Accounts with variences.
Profile
You will be a fully qualified Accountant through CCAB (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA) or CIMA
You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to influence senior steak-holders in the organisation.
You will have great IT skills including a high level of Excel.
You will be a great team player.
You will be able to work to tight deadlines.
Ideally you will have experience of Management Accounting in a complex organisation.
Job Offer
Salary c£18.50-£24.50 per hour inc of holiday pay.
