Key Responsibilities-Cafe manager of Lo's Cafe and Dining Pty Ltd
- Staff Supervision
- Responsible for ensuring the dedication of all F&B Staff to the concept of quality, bright and helpful service.
- Customer Service and Food & Beverage Delivery, monitoring the food and beverage being delivered, ensuring food standards are met.
- Restaurant Presentation, Maintenance and Safety, over looking all staff presentation, controlling ambiance of the restaurant.
- Financial Performance, achieving growth in revenue.
- Restaurant Sales, ensuring the restaurant standards are high enough to ensure repeat business.
- Full time position, Salary $50,000-$55,000
You must have:
- Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager
- Professionalism
- Great management and customer service skills
- Experience in staff supervision
