Administration and Accounts Assistant
Admin & Accounts Assistant
Full time position supporting the internal accounting and admin function in a successful hospitality business based in Launceston.
Have you completed your university accounting degree or TAFE adv dip?
Are you looking for more accounting experience or a new opportunity?
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
· Itemize all credit card payments on a spreadsheet
· Making payments using the company credit card
· Banking
· Communicate (both verbal and written) to suppliers, council offices, and other relevant stakeholders
· Order office supplies Data entry of creditors and debtors and allocating to GL accounts
· Create files and file documents, generate and format documents and print labels to a professional standard.
Skills and experience
Accounting degree or TAFE Advanced Diploma would be highly regarded.
Organisation skills
proficient in accounting software
Energetic self starter
Ability work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
strong computer skills
