About the Opportunity
WesTrac are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to become a part of the Administrative team in our Tamworth Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Branch including coordination of site mobilisation and induction requirements, ensuring daily timesheets are entered correctly, opening work orders, invoicing, as well as providing a range of general branch administration duties. You will act as the central point of contact for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate bookings and maintain records for team training
Timesheet entry
Processing of internal temporary transfers
Coordinate site mobilisation and induction requirements
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
Manage PPE
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
Ordering stationary
Manage Banking and Petty Cash for the Branch ensuring daily reconciliation
Purchase Orders and Invoicing
About you
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills:
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Supportive and “can do” attitude
Strong attention to detail
A demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment
Desirable
Previous experience in a reception role and managing a switchboard
Previous experience ensuring quality assurance and audit control
Previous exposure to WesTrac systems
Experience in a customer service role
