Finance Analyst

Main Objectives Development of a system for KPI reporting with a monthly reporting pack for directors to include the detail below Development of Resource plans with directors for input to Project Costing Database Analysis and Management of fee accounts with directors and fee earners Fee Proposals/Bid preparation Accrued and Deferred Income calculation for audit and also on quarterly basis Reporting Pack Detail WIP Summary by Group and forecast for remainder of the year WIP Summary by Project and forecast for remainder of the project In depth analysis of individual project fee level and profit - as required by directors or flagged by the finance department Analysis of fee Income and profit ○      Practice Level ○      Group/Director level ○      Sector Level ○      Client level ○      Client/Building Type Analysis Additional Analysis Rate of inquiries and perceived trends Resources planning, staff % allocation, availability per job/per bus unit Candidate Requirements Third Level Qualification with a number of years experience in a Finance or Analytical role Must have strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills including written communications skills - will need to work closely with directors and other senior members of staff and communicate with clients and other external stakeholders Self motivating and able to work on own initiative Excellent attention to detail but also the ability to think strategically This role will report to the Financial Controller If you are interested in this role please apply now or contact Michelle Massey on 01-6621000
