About the Employer: Our client is a Top 20 Accountancy firm based in Dublin City Centre. They are part of an international network and a significant number of referred assignments come through this network. The Dublin office has an impressive client base with a combination of large, privately owned companies and entrepreneurial businesses in the technology and media sectors. This is an opportunity to run a large portfolio and to grow that portfolio using your business development and marketing skills. The firm is recruiting at this level as part of its succession planning and the path to partnership is envisaged within 18 months. As a Practice Dir ector, your duties & responsibilities will include: Managing your own block of clients annually and developing strong client relationships You will be responsible for an audit portfolio with recurring fees in excess of €600,000 Managing the audit department which comprises 40 people Managing and Planning audit, audit exempt and project assignments. The Successful Candidate: You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 5 years PQE You will have strong technical skills in corporate audit You will have a strong business acumen and commercial skills to enable you to be an effective business advisor to clients
