Finance Controller

• BS/BA in Finance or equivalent with a minimum of five year related experience in a manufacturing environment. MBA/CPA/CMA a plus. • English communication skills required. Position requires professional written / verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with experience in effectively communicating key data, including analysis and presentations to senior management and company leaders. • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in Asia. • Technical skills and experience in financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management. • Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems. • Knowledge of Mainland China financial regulations required. Knowledge of financial regulations in HK and TW preferred. Must be a proactive, effective and a fast learner of new practices and regulations. • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles. • Knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, and profitability analysis. • Ability and desire to analyze and translate complex financial data and concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers. • Ability to analyze and interpret problems and provide resolutions. • Ability to lead people and teams while achieving results. • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, people and departments. • Strong customer orientation. • Work requires technical software skills and experience. i.e. Internet, Microsoft Office, system conversion experience • Ability to motivate teams to produce accurate output and simultaneously manage several projects. • Strong Team Leader and Team player.• BS/BA in Finance or equivalent with a minimum of five year related experience in a manufacturing environment.
