Assistant Manager

Responsibilities： • Finance controlling：  Group financial reports  Financial reporting and controlling with in service department, including revenue, cost,  expense, profit and capex  Budget controlling：  Internal employee salary settlement  External service partner settlement • Biz planning & controlling：  Service strategy steering  Business planning  Service projects management  Service performance management and business controlling  KPI management for service employee  Service business data analysis & reporting, and reporting database & platform management  Exco. reporting • Others：  Decision making supporting  Employee satisfaction improvement  Inter department communication and coordination • Drive to shape our digital future Requests: • Full time bachelor degree or above • Service background and project management experience is preferred • 5 years' experience or above, Functional: 2 years • Fluent English, both on written and verbal; • Business Acumen, Analytical Skills, Conceptual Skills, People Management Skills. Skilful PPT and Excel is necessary. • Proper sense of business running • Open minded, positive and willing to contribute • Team spirit, good at communication and coordination
