The role will be to assess the financials/budget/cashflow for the funds as well as to project manage the building of the fund from managing the internal counter parts, managing the strategy, managing the formation of the contracts and external parties for the formation of the funds.
Internally the role will report to the Head of Investment Banking and there is opportunity for these roles to grow and become full time role if the consultant would like.
Regional experience is essential as it will help with the understanding of the different issues that could be faced before launch of the funds
We would ideally look for ex CFO's, COO's, CEO's or Head of a Region who have gone into consulting and have the capability to handle such a project from an operational and financial standpoint.
