Description
- Ensure rigorous financial control
- Liaise with Private Equity owners
- Lead the planning and forecasting process
- Liaise with auditors
- Produce the statutory accounts
- Lead the day to day management of the finance team
Profile
- Experience of managing a large team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Past experience of successful interim assignments
- Experience of working in a PE backed business is desirable but not essential
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
