Commercial Finance Manager, Dublin South

Our client, a leading MNC, are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team based in South Dublin. The Finance Manager is a position that reports directly to the Head of Finance.  The role provides finance leadership to cross functional teams to ensure the company's business plan and strategic goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting:  Responsibility for the completion and submission of the companies Annual Budget, Long Term Plan and rolling Forecasts (P&L, Cashflow and Balance Sheet) Reporting:  Overseeing the preparation of Performance Packs for Quarterly Board Meetings and monthly internal KPI packs Financial Modelling:  Create financial models to drive go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns Business Partnering:  Effective Business Partnering to Commercial, CRM and Marketing to ensure operational plans are aligned to the business plan Wholesale Finance:  Ownership of wholesale finance. Review wholesale traffic arrangements with Fixed, MNO and MVNO partners to ensure optimum traffic routing and pricing for TMI both nationally and internationally Retail Finance:  Responsible for Gross margin reporting including month-end and revenue recognition Regulatory Compliance:  Responsible for completion of information requests from the Telecoms Regulator (Comreg) Experience Required: Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with a minimum of 3 years PQE Telecommunications experience is essential Ability to influence Senior Management Team Ability to lead cross functional teams Proven people manager skills and a strong communicator Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and to prioritise Strong MS Office Suite skills Please contact Jessica if you are interested in hearing more about this position.
