Description
This role is reporting directly into the Finance manager.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- To efficiently and accurately register data in a timely manner.
- to process purchase invoices.
- To ensure all systems are updated with information received from our Clients and Business partners.
- To deal with all finance enquiries
- To support the efficient and timely completion of the Management Accounts.
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experiencing working in a similar finance position - Essential
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
- Have strong MS Excel experience - Essential
- Have experience of monthly reporting, accruals and prepayments - Essential
- Be a organised and a team player - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay from 320,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Generous holidays
