My client is a large organisation based in the Cardiff area.
Description
Are you a Technically Strong Accountant who is willing to commit to a 5 month temporary assignment in South Wales?
My client is going through a period of significant change and is looking to strengthen the team during the busy year end period with a qualified accountant.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounts, the Financial Accountant with join an established team and will support the Head of to produce the year end accounts.
This will be a stand alone role on this special project and will focus solely on ensuring that the Year End Accounts are completed to a high level.
You will have regular meetings with the Auditors when they are on site.
Profile
You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
You will have significant experience in Year End Closure.
You will have excellent technical accounting skills and be able to close accounts to IFRS.
You will be able to work at high levels with minimal supervision to tight deadlines.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to influence internal stakeholders and externally the auditor.
Job Offer
A 7 Month temporary assignment starting ASAP.
Salary c£175 -£240 per day through an Umbrella Company
