Corporate Finance Manager

Barden is working with a leading professional services firm to identify a Corporate Finance Manager to join their expanding team. You will be given responsibility and autonomy, and be dealing directly with clients who seek the team's expertise and guidance. You will be involved in a wide range of key activities from Day 1, so a willingness to jump into the deep end, and a hunger to learn is a must" - Partner THE ROLE The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to; Carry out due diligence and financial reviews Assist with the preparation of valuation reports, debt & equity raisings and sale & purchase mandates, as well as MBOs and MBIs Liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders and third parties Financial modelling and report writing Engage in business development activities Mentor junior members of staff THE PERSON Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE Previous experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Insolvency Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills Highly proficient in Excel Proven leadership skills, with the ability to successfully manage a team Please contact Heather Gordon for a confidential discussion about this opportunity, or other opportunities in the Practice and Consulting space.
