Finance Controller

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Finance management. ? Responsible for revise and improve company financial regulation and Management Process, and ensure the integrity of internal controls that business and financial processes support fiscal, regulatory, and legal compliance, and pass accounting audit without significant discrepancy ? Responsible for making midum and long term planning, and participate in significant finance decision-making ? Making company annual budget plan, and mornitor it implement,and ensure to preserve and increase value and prevent losses ? Energetically support top management to control cost, and increase profit. ? Periodly report financial statement and finance performance to top management, and ensure these report qualified. ? Review and approve Company investement and financing project, as well as expenses settlement, ensure effective cash and working capital management to maximize returns and minimize interest expense. ? Improve and perfect costing data management, and strengthen costing data, collection, summary and analysis ? Responsible for ERP system implement and management, and ensure it run well. ? Coach Finance team and improve functional competence. ? Prepare the board meeting materials and review relevant topics to be presented to shareholder. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? Bachelor and above degree ? Experience of multinational company and working within a matrix organization,, 8 years above experience in a WOFE/JV Manufacturing environment, 5 years above managerial position with managing full finance team ? Familiar with manufacturing finance planning, forecast,ananlysis, budget and costing etc, have the expericne for practice ? Have good knowledge for the related local and international accounting rules and practice, and strategy foresight ? Familiar with ERP system. (SAP preferred) ? Understanding of Production process and inventory valuation ? Good communcation in Chinese&English ? Honest, Credibility, good professional ethics, strongong sense of responsibility, no bad carrer record Competencies ? Good communication skills in Chinese and English, can communicate with differenct parties in JV environment ? Adaptability, can work under complex/pressure situation ?
