ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - WEST MIDLANDS - FULL TIME

Accountancy Elite have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a company, that specialise and are subsequent leaders within their sector. The long established company work with a number of prestigious clients, placed predominately within the Midlands and wider area. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience, be able to work as part of a team, and should be proactive.

THE ROLE

Purchase Ledger

·Checking material invoices
·Inputting details into the purchase order system
·Inputting invoices onto Sage.
·Dealing with queries
·Checking subcontractor invoices
·Creating and sending CIS statements
·Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors

Sales Ledger

·Checking invoices
·Inputting invoices onto Sage.
·Dealing with queries
·Liaising with customers

Admin Duties

·Filing / Archiving
·Updating details
·Verifying subcontractors
·Reception duties - answering the telephone, meeting & greeting visitors, etc.

SALARY - (Dependent on Experience)

EXPERIENCE

·2 years accounts assistant experience
·Knowledge of Sage Line 50
·Cypher experience advantage, but not essential
·Good verbal & written communication skills
·Ability to work individually or as part of a team
·Self motivated
