Exchange Street is currently working with an expanding practice as they look to recruit an additional IFAs in Glasgow and Southampton. Offering an attractive split on business produced, this is an attractive proposition for experienced IFAs or banking advisers keen to step up.
With established professional connections in the region along with a regular lead provider, the firm can help a proactive adviser who has some of their own clients the chance to move to the next level of earnings. With additional administration and paraplanning support, advisers can focus on working with clients and generating new business.
The successful recruit must hold current competent adviser status and the Statement of Professional Standing.
