What you will do
The role is required to lead the AUD Direct Clearing project within the Cash Program. The AUS Program Lead will work closely with the Payments Strategy Lead.

  1. Lead the program ensuring that market business and regulatory outcomes are delivered and align with the overall Global Cash Strategy initiatives
  2. Ensure the program is delivered to the required regulatory timescales and business needs
  3. Key interface into the Australian and wider APAC executive team
  4. Lead engagement with Senior IT and Business stakeholders to ensure the communication pathways are open and that expectations are met in respect to business outcomes
  5. Work with the Senior Project Manager and Project Office/PMO to ensure that there is a robust level of planning, risk management, governance and budget monitoring in place
Your Knowledge/Skills:
You are a seasoned expert with program/project management expertise and you will have technical and business knowledge developed through previous industry experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • In-depth Functional; Technical and/or Industry Knowledge
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Program's goals, structure, budget and resource need
  • People Management skills to assess and develop the skills of staff.
  • Team work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
