Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Management Accounts preparation and maintaining of the books of prime entry (Nominal, Purchase, Sales and Cashbook ledgers).

Description

Management Accounts

• Prepare monthly Management Accounts, including P+L, Balance Sheet, cash-flow, and variance analysis

• Assist with monthly KPI presentation for internal all staff meeting

Nominal Ledger

• Prepare regular Balance Sheet analysis

• Maintain the Fixed Asset register

• Prepare ad-hoc cost and revenue analysis reports necessary from time to time

Purchase Ledger

• Process Purchase ledger invoices

• Liaising with Suppliers where necessary on queries and disputes

• Prepare a weekly payment list

• Maintain supplier ledger account cards on SAGE

• Maintain supplier bank account details in SAGE

• Maintain clean accurate purchase invoice filing system

Profile

• Previous Media sector experience preferable

• Previous experience working in multi-site organisation preferable (multi-currency)

• SME experience essential

• Knowledge of Sage Line 200 preferable

• Knowledge of Paperless helpful

• Knowledge of Barclay's internet helpful

• German speaker preferable

• CIMA/ACCA part-qual helpful
