工作职责：
1、Be an integral part of the International Investment Department's overseas mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) strategy in targeted market segments that meet the enterprise's strategic criteria & specific financial/operational metrics.
成为国际投资部在满足企业战略标准和具体财务/运营指针的目标市场领域进行的海外并购（“M＆A”）战略的内部不可缺少的成员。
2、Identify and evaluate (both independently and in collaboration with internal business units), potential target companies for investment, acquisition or strategic partnership & research their development status and establish & maintain a proprietary database/pipeline of target industry.
独立地并与内部业务部门合作，识别和评估投资、收购或战略合作伙伴的潜在标的，及研究该潜在标的公司的发展方向，并建立和维护目标行业的专有数据库/管道。
3、Execute M&A transaction process, including coordination of internal working groups, management of external consultants and advisors, comprehensive financial model generation & analyses, due diligence process, negotiation, legal review & documentation, tax structuring, post-transaction integration activities, etc.
执行并购交易流程，包括内部工作组的协调，外部顾问的管理，全面的财务模型生成和分析，尽职调查流程，谈判，法律审查和文件，税务结构，交易后整合活动等。
4、Ensure all the regulatory aspects of the acquisition have been considered and properly addressed.
确保收购的所有监管方面都已得到考虑和妥善处理。
5、Provide senior assistance in managing cross-functional teams for acquisition and divestiture processes including areas of due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), strategic fit, valuation, synergy identification, etc.
为管理跨职能团队在收购和退出过程提供高级协助，这包括尽职调查领域（买卖双方）、战略匹配、评估、协同识别，等等。
6、Assist in preparing analyses/reports and conducting internal & external presentation on market trends, Company's business expansion opportunities and competitive threats on a regular basis.
协助准备报告或分析，并定期进行内部和外部介绍市场趋势和公司，业务扩展机会和竞争威胁
Qualifications:
资格
1、Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in private equity, investment banking & corporate development
至少5-7年的私募股权，投资银行和企业发展工作经验
2、Bachelor's degree of above in Finance, Business, Management or a related field with CPA or CFA qualification
学士及以上的金融，商业，管理的学位或相关领域的CPA或CFA资格认证
3、Extensive international M&A background with experience in strategic and creative thinking, due diligence, financial modeling, negotiating and closing transactions and post-merger management/integration activities
广泛的国际并购背景，具有战略和创造性思维，尽职调查，建模，谈判和结束交易以及兼并后管理/整合活动的经验
4、Extensive experience in new opportunity identification, sizing and tactics, investment allocation and prioritization and general corporate strategy
在新机会鉴别，规模和策略，投资分配和优先级以及一般企业战略方面有广泛的经验
5、Superior level financial analytical and modeling skills (expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills)
卓越的分析和建模能力（专家级Excel和PowerPoint技能）
6、A leader with strategic & positive thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail and decision-making skills

7、Ability to work collaboratively and independently

8、Experience working in the metal alloy industry is a plus.
