岗位职责:
Recruit, train, motivate and retain team members, ensuring skills and resources are developed to meet the needs of the business;
招聘、培训、激励和保留团队成员,以满足业务所需的技能和人才资源;
Effectively manage AP & Treasury daily operation, verify functional reports to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery;
高效管理应付和资金团队的日常工作,审核部门报告的准确性和及时性;
Supervise the activities performed by team members to ensure effectively problem solving;
指导团队成员工作,确保问题的有效解决;
Analyze team's KPI and weak areas to find out solutions on productivity improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement;
分析团队的主要绩效指标和需提高之处,寻求解决方案以提高工作效率和客户满意度;
Lead team to strictly implement internal control system defined by group;
带领团队严格执行集团内部控制体系;
Liaise with delegation treasury team and banks/SAFE to monitor changes in SAFE regulations and timely advise business impact to ensure strong treasury compliance within SSC;
保持与代表处资金团队、银行和外管局的沟通,及时掌握外汇法规的变更并给予相关建议,以确保财务共享中心的资金操作合规性;
Actively participant in internal and external audits and verify the accuracy of information provided by team members;
积极参与内部及外部审计,检查团队提供的信息的准确性;
Closely cooperate with other SSC teams to make whole SSC process smooth;
和财务共享中心其他团队紧密合作,确保财务共享中心整体业务处理顺畅;
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
完成分配的其他任务或项目。

任职资格:
Typical Education Level 教育背景:
Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA is a plus;
学士学位及以上,会计或财务专业;具专业会计师资格证书者优先考虑;
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能:
8+ years finance experience with 3+ years relevant management experience in MNC;
8年以上财务工作经验,其中3年以上跨国公司相关管理经验;
Proficient in SAFE regulations and accounting standards;
精通外汇法规和会计准则;
Be familiar with SAP/QAD module;
熟悉SAP/QAD系统;
Proficient in Office software;
熟练使用办公软件;
Good communication and English skill.
良好的沟通技能和英语技能。

任职资格:
Typical Education Level 教育背景:
