财务分析员

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Prepare monthly/quarterly management report;
2.Assist in the annual operating plan and monthly/quarterly forecasting exercise;
3. Support and assist the local site costing team in the month end closing;
4.Monthly verify the operation saving, the procurement saving and monitor PO inflation;
5.Collect and consolidate monthly reports from operating units such as operating expenses and inventory cost tracking;
6.Perform review and variance analysis on regional submissions;
7.Involve in various projects and other assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS
1.At least 3 years experience in accounting/costing, experience in FP&A duties in MNC is an advantage
2.Hands on in major ERP systems(BPCS preferred) and reporting systems（Hyperion preferred)
3.Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, powerpoint and access)
4.Highly analytical, independent, well organized and detail oriented
5.Result-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight timeline
6.Good interpersonal skill, able to communicate well in a complex organization
7.Good spoken and writing skills in English and Mandarin;
