Financial Accountant - Jamaica My client, a market leader in telecommunications in the Caribbean, is currently hiring for a Financial Accountant to join their evolving group Finance function. This role will be responsible for supporting the financial reporting process from a technical perspective. Candidates are required to have a strong understanding of process analysis and development of best practice and policy. Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of robust processes to support group reporting Ensure internal process and policy is in line with relevant international and domestic standards Support the development of controls working closely with internal and external audit partners Requirements Professional level Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA preferred) 2-4 years PQE, audit or practice experience beneficial Process improvement, business analysis and policy implementation experience beneficial Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Working proficiency of Hyperion and Smart View beneficial Advanced MS Excel user This role is initially being offered on a 12-24 month contract basis.
