Position: Consultant, Governance, Risk and Compliance

Job Location: Beijing

As member of RGP Governance, Risk & Compliance business line, serving clients on the related projects. The responsibilities will be related to the project, including

- Perform internal control / internal audit reviews, compliance reviews, risk assessments with SOX acts

- Work with financial reporting, timely feedback on the operation and strategy and compliance with laws and regulations

- Responsible for internal control project implementation

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, Finance and Accounting related majors preferred

- Over 5 years working experience in auditing, professional services or financial services firms

- Knowledge and experience in performing risk, control and compliance review

- In-depth understanding of internal control framework and methodologies

- Knowledge of China Accounting Standards/ PRC GAAP essential

- Strong presentation and report writing skills with an excellent proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin

- Familiarity with financial accounting and operating systems applications. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and Visio

- Willing to have flexible work arrangements
