PAYROLL MANAGER - SOUTH DUBLIN My client, a leading charity is looking for a Payroll Manager for a busy payroll department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career. What You Need To Have: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR an advantage IPASS Five years' experience in Payroll and at least one of these being supervisory Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Proven track record in process improvements Strong numeracy skills Data management and report writing skills Strong Excel skills. Experience of CORE Pay an advantage Your Day: Smooth and efficient running of a busy high volume payroll department that manages and processes weekly, and monthly payroll; and all Revenue returns (processing P30/P32/P35/P60/P45/New Starters). Process ad-hoc pension changes to include PHI Pension set-ups; cumulative adjustments through the year (cancelling payments / manual payments); loss of earnings queries; revenue queries or ad-hoc BI report requests Process the EFT transfer of monies for staff to Bank Check each payroll every period (weekly/monthly) Lead the development and maintenance of the SharePoint Timesheet and CORE HRIS Ensure all ROS returns are checked, signed off and returned on time to Revenue Process ad-hoc pension changes to include PHI Pension set-ups; cumulative adjustments through the year (cancelling payments / manual payments); loss of earnings queries; revenue queries or ad-hoc BI report requests.
