This is an excellent opportunity for a Assistant Accountant to be based in Rochester Kent - Accounting and Finance - Commerce and Industry

Client Details

A marketing leading SME with a excellent presence in their industry sector.

Description

  • Weekly reporting - Sales Analysis and Cashflow
  • Supervision of the purchase and sales ledger functions
  • Monthly Management Accounts including detailed variance analysis
  • Payroll reconciliation
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • Liaise with internal & external auditors
  • Preparation of Statutory accounts
  • Adhoc analysis and reporting as required by the Financial Controller

    • Profile

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in accomplishment of routine tasks
  • Ability to be able to demonstrate abilities within a control environment
  • Calm attitude and ability to prioritise and manage the workload while under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
