Description

• Key responsibilities:
• Produce the monthly Overheads and Parts accounts within the agreed timescales
  
• Budgeting and Forecasting
  
• Analysis of the P&L
• Assist with the monthly payroll including the reconciliation of all payroll balance sheet accounts
• Reconcile all foreign currency bank accounts
• Process all credit card transactions for Power Electrics Generators Ltd
• Provide support to the Purchase Ledger function including processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements and processing payment runs
• Provide support to the Sales Ledger function including producing invoices/credit notes
• VAT returns

Profile

The successful candidate:

• Worked in a similar SME business
• Supervised / managed some previously
• ACCA or CIMA part qualified
• Experience with producing Management Accounts
• Strong Excels and systems knowledge
• Problem Solving approach
• Hands on
• Ability to work under pressure
