Commercial Finance Analyst

One of the largest telecommunications businesses in Newbury are looking to bring on board a new Commercial Finance Analyst to one of their highest performing teams. The role will be commercially focused, with heavy involvement partnering internally and being involved in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Description

• Business Partnering - Partnering and supporting non-finance and operational teams.
• Financial Analysis - Developing models to simplify large data sets to support value added analysis by identifying operational cost drivers and key business trends to support monthly reporting and forecasts.
• Financial Planning: Supporting business plans and forecasts for operating and capital expenditures, producing standard reporting methodology to consistently track and forecast performance, and monitor risks and opportunities on a rolling basis.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have the ability to work to tight deadlines with speed. The ability to flex models to deliver high level results based on material impacts.

• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure key and often complex messages are clearly, concisely and professionally communicated.

• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

• Sound commercial judgement. Considers the impact of proposals on the wider business & recommends practical solutions.

• You will be fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA.

Job Offer

For the successful candidate a package of £45,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and a competitive benefits package.
