We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Executive Assistant to Head of Business Finance.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that your work is organised and processed or completed according to established procedures to ensure all deadlines are observed
  • Work closely with other assistants both within the Finance department and the Business
  • Manage and co-ordinate diaries for the executives and provide them with strong administrative and secretarial support and will be required to pro-actively manage time to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Handle travel arrangements and schedule meetings and travel across different locations
  • Adhere to and demonstrate adherence to internal controls
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder works, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
  • Experience of supporting others' performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support
  • Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of MS applications
  • Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Secretarial experience
