Market leading manufacturing company who have already experienced great success. They are going through a period of significant growth and change and as such are looking to add to the newly created FP&A function.
Description
The FP&A Manager will provide insight and analysis into our standard cost of production, opportunities for efficiencies, and variances from norm, and will play a pivotal role in translating insights into solutions and implementation.
This opportunity is predominately focused on their site in Somerset, although there will be travel to another site in South Bristol. The FP&A Manager will take an active role in generating the insights and analysis to ensure that the business has an accurate understanding of the cost of production of each of its products. Whether it is helping the site management team in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, building a case for significant capital expenditure, or playing an active role in cross-functional work streams, the FP&A Manager will be integral to the on-going success of the business.

Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Strong analytical and planning skills combined with a commercial outlook.
Highly motivated, you'll be able to communicate persuasively and have the ability to operate and manoeuvre in a fast changing and growing environment.
Exposure to either a manufacturing or FMCG and experience of standard costing would be highly desirable.
