财务经理

岗位职责：
 Responsible for the daily management of FA department, assign the job & task of FA and controlling, ensure team working and provide the relating functional service in time and efficient
 Establishing and developing company internal control policies, coordinate the implementation and run effectively. Ensure the general accounting & controlling activities compliance with local authorities and BASF guidelines.
 Perform financial analysis to support the management decision making in the areas of sales margin analysis, cost savings, expense control, capital expenditure (CAPEX), working capital and other key financial metrics
 Provide the monthly CFR & MFR, fixed cost analysis report and other requested reports to ECR within deadline. Coordinate the activities instructed by ECR controlling to make sure the process smooth and achieve the target
 Prepare Operational Planning structure and produce Operational Planning reports, trace the development and make further analysis to disclose the business conditions
 Oversee customer credit status, evaluate customers' credit risk and release SO. Review & update the credit management policy periodically to protect the AR safety and support to achieve the DSO target
 Supervise the corporate tax return and withholding tax return being legal to Chinese taxation law, in time and accurate.
 Assist in internal and external audit, ensure the audit process smooth and the responsible scope compliance with the audit requirement. Prepare ICTP Contemporaneous Documentation cooperating with BASF GC controlling & consultant to compliance with the China taxation law
 Coordinate the FA service platform (BCH & BASC) to make sure the accounting service to BAPC compliance with standard & requirement
 Take the EHS representative role of controlling department. Comply with internal quality requirements (ISO, TS16949) and strictly obey BASF and local EHS regulations.
任职资格：
中级会计师以上职称。 2年以上带团队工作经验。 3年以上外资企业工作经验。 英语口语能正常交流。
