The SAP Support Administrator is responsible for
a. Managing the SAP first line Support
b. He would be the process owner of SAP FICO track for processes that support 8 countries in CAMEA (Central Asia, Middle East & Africa) region
c. Managing the Central SAP Master Data
d. Ensuring Support calls are effectively triaged and resolved in a timely way as well as setting the priority of calls.
List of activities:
• Responsible for managing SAP AMS support and maintaining SLAs for the SAP support with oversight of the SAP support partner consultants work
• SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for SAP issues
• Requirements gathering for any new developments with Super Users
• Overall Process Owner for the SAP track for all the countries in SAP
• Create Change Requests
• Connection point between Support Consultants and End Users
• End user issue resolution
• Support Month End
• Support Year End
• Support audit requirements / queries
• Provide necessary reports and perform system control tests for KFC requirements
• Support SAP audits
• Support Connectivity Issues related to Data Center
• User Access and Password Management as and when required
• Provide user training
• New business process design and improvements
• Manage and report key performance metrics
• Communicate and provide SAP status updates
• Development, execution and measurement of effective internal
