岗位职责：Management of Assets:
1) Monitor the WIP balance transfer and on site check on monthly basis.
2) Follow the group capex policy and optimize the local asset management procedure.
3) Work with relevant departments to decide the inventory provision.
4) Prepare the BS a/c breakdown, ensure the timely completion and issues follow up. Keep healthy B/S, without long-term outstanding balance.
5) Monitor the Ad-hoc fixed asset reports.
6) Organize yearly (Aug and Dec) stocktaking for inventory and fixed assets, and prepare summary reports to communicate with all the responsible departments.
7) Cooperate with Deloitte and PRC auditor on yearly audit activities, prepare all the requested documents and account details.
8) Prepare and manage AR aging report.
9) Monitor the insurance renew and compensation claim.
Management of GL
1) Attend relevant meetings to better support plant daily activities and understand the accounting impact. Advice from accounting side or discuss with line manager to give suggestion.
2) Responsible for monthly payroll booking.
3) Responsible for payroll cost avrg report and actual pay reconciliation on monthly basis, review accrual balance by month and clear by session together with HR.
4) Responsible for Managerial and Statutory report recon.
5) Responsible for Material Group mapping based on budget.
6) Responsible for monthly statistical report submission.
7) Provide training to non-finance to ensure understanding and execution of finance policy and procedures at least twice a year, eg. Monthly expense accrual, fixed assets policy.
任职资格：
-Plant Asset Management, GL and Costing experience.
-Comprehensive understanding of PRC/IFRS accounting principles and tax rules.
-Strong communication skill.
-SAP skill is a must
-Excellent English skill
-Excellent Microsoft office skill
-Certificate of accounting qualification(会计上岗证)
