Financial Accountant 12 month contract Insurance View Similar Jobs The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified accountant with financial services experience to enter a large MNC in the Insurance sector. The primary responsibility is US GAAP financial reporting and controlling duties. This position works with in-country and regional staff as well as other Corporate departments. The role is not a regular month end financial reporting processing role. As a member of the regional Controllers team, you will be expected to provide high quality analysis of the US GAAP results for WCE and ensure there is a strong internal controls environment in place in each country. Responsibilities will include: Part of team responsible for reporting and analysis Ensure accurate data and analysis submitted Ensure that strong financial reporting controls are in place Assist with US GAAP technical accounting queries Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies in the reporting process The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified accountant Recently qualified accountant Hands-on experience in financial and management reporting The Client Our client is a large MNC based in Dublin.
