An experienced finance professional, you will lead a small team to provide effective financial management expertise across financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, inventory management and transaction processing.

Reporting to the Managing Director, key responsibilities of this role include:

• Management and control of inventory, including the implementation of new inventory management system
• Warehouse accounting
• Lead a small Finance team in a hands on capacity
• Preparation of Month End and Year End Financial Reports
• Cash flow and treasury management
• Budgeting, forecasting and contribute to long term plans
• Oversight of taxation matters including corporate tax, GST, FBT and BAS
• Fixed Asset management
• Sales reporting and analysis
• The development and refining of accounting policies, processes and controls

CA/CPA qualified with appropriate accounting and management experience, you will demonstrate a 'hands-on' approach to your work, be self-motivated, capable and a proactive professional with high-level communication skills. You will also possess the drive, energy and initiative required in such a role with a focus on providing timely, high quality and trusted advice and support.
