Company and Role Summary

Our client has established a dominant position in the cosmetic clinic market since 2008. They have carved a new niche, creating an exceptionally strong brand and large customer base through the supply of affordable, accessible and reliable cosmetic treatments. They now have clinics in over 77 convenient locations throughout Australia. They offer Laser hair removal, cosmetic injections and skin treatment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collate invoices ensuring they are coded correctly by the head office team, input them into MYOB and process the payments
• Ensure invoices are paid within their trading terms and seek prompt payment discounts where possible
• Assist in follow-up of accounts and assist with customer enquiries
• Co-ordinate and reconcile head office credit card payments and expenses
• Raise monthly invoices for clinics and input into MYOB
• Process cash sweeps from clinic accounts and receipt in MYOB
• Manage debtors
• Raise monthly clinic on charges and reconcile
• Assist in follow-up of accounts and assist with customer enquiries
• Manage creditor and debtor reports
• Process and reconcile banking
• Management and procurement of office amenities
• Ensure productive external relationships with organisations and key stakeholders are formed and maintained that can support the organisation's strategic direction.
• Develop, expand and maintain cooperative relationships within the team and throughout the organisation and franchises.
• Comply with all workplace health and safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Accounts payable and receivable experience
• Cash cycle experience
• MYOB preferred
• Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
• Ability to priorities and multitask a busy portfolio of work
• Strong personal skills and the ability to work with a broad range of people
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
• Strong administration skills
• Attention to detail
• Initiative, Problem resolution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
