Senior Executive, Service Charge Specialist

The senior executive will work as part of a dedicated team, performing day to day residential service charge work at a high level with a great deal of autonomy. You will be managing client projects to achieve client KPI's. The successful candidate will take significant responsibility for the client and supporting team reporting directly to the manager.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of service charge accounts.
• Initial review of audit teams work.
• Reviewing client responses to client queries. Adjustments and following up on outstanding issues.
• Preparation of accountant's or auditor's reports, dependant on scope of work.
• Liaising with clients as needed, dealing with issues which may arise escalating to managers as required.

Profile

Knowledge of the service charge sector or general audit background

AAT / ACA / ACCA qualified (desirable)

Experience of dealing with clients in a regulated environment (desirable)
