Associate, Leading Dedicated Private Equity Fund, Singapore

Our client is one of the largest dedicated Asian private equity firms which focuses on leveraged buyout and growth capital transactions. They are looking for an Associate to join their Risk and Portfolio Management team based in Singapore. This dedicated team works alongside the investment team at two critical stages: A) the pre-deal due diligence stage and B) the post- investment management of the portfolio companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be responsible for evaluating all the investment opportunities alongside investment team, from reviewing financial models to reviewing financial, commercial, legal and tax due diligence reports
• You will also be responsible for reviewing the legal documentation including sale and purchase agreement (SPA) and loan documentation
• You'll be post-investment manager of portfolio companies; such as reviewing quarterly valuation reports and preparing quarterly commentary on performance
• Respond to investors' queries on portfolio companies

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3 to 5 years of experience at a leading global management consultancy firm
• Excellent understanding of accountancy and financial analysis
• Strong research and due diligence skills
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Critical thinker, displaying a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when completing tasks
• Fluent in English language (reading, writing and speaking), Asian language skills preferred
