Temporary Accounting Assistant DESCRIPTION Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited is seeking to hire a Temporary Accounting Assistant for a 3-month Contract Position who will be responsible for a diverse range of Accounting support needs. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES - Not limited to: Collections of Receivables Enter invoices Preparation of VAT Report Prepare petty cash reimbursement Bank Reconciliation REQUIREMENTS Full O Level certificate including Math and English and pursuing CAT or ACCA Level 1. Peachtree Knowledge Ability to work within a diverse team and anticipate needs and necessary workflows Can work in an extremely fast paced environment Must be flexible to work in excess of 8 hours and on weekends if the need arises Between the ages of 20-35 Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Time Management Flexibility attitude, ability to perform under pressure Commitment to quality work Good analytical and problem solving skills Able to meet deadlines; do what is required to get the job done
