The Role

As a Senior Consultant for the IT department, your primary responsibility will be to supervise consultants and other senior consultants in executing IT audit project work plans. As a senior, you need to identify the key areas of risks and opportunities on each of your assignments to improve efficiencies for your clients.

Acting as a trainer, you will ensure your team is aware of Protiviti policies and methodologies and apply them to their daily work, as you do. You will also be in charge of the performance review and ongoing development of your team.

Developing strong internal and external relationships, you identify the key stakeholders to provide your clients with the best customer service and the right level of expertise.

The right candidate for this role is an experienced and smart IT Consultant who looks for a challenging role in a rewarding business to build their career path. This position will offer you exposure to a variety of clients and types of engagements and allow you to diversify and develop your skills. Having strong communication skills, you also meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or Engineering
• Prior experience in an IT audit or IT consulting position, demonstrating strong technical and customer service skills
• Strong sense of initiative and ambition
• Team player and natural leader
