about the company

Our client is a major player in the industry and has been running projects size of billions. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Project Controller to join the team on one of the major projects.

about the job

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of financial reports, updates and budget and forecast of the project, working closely with other teams and providing advice to Project Director on the financial status of the project. In addition, you will be in charge of the internal control of projects. Experience on architecture/construction projects finance matters will be highly preferred.

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualifications is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience; experience in project finance from construction/engineering/real estate industry is a must; Direct Big 4 candidates with architecture/construction/engineering clients will be welcomed
  • Experience to base at construction sites will be highly preferred
  • Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly preferred
