Administrative Assistant Job Summary: The incumbent provides operational support to the department to ensure efficiency. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer and direct telephone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Develop and maintain a filing system Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Order office supplies Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills : Strong administrative skills Working knowledge of the internet Ability to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction Knowledge of Microsoft Office (with high emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel) and telephone protocol Qualifications: Five (5) CXC O' levels including English Language, Mathematics and Accounts Administrative Professional Certification Practical Accounting experience Minimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative function Any combination of qualifications, training and experience.
