ROLE: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely FSC reports - CFR and form 7.  He/she will be responsible for facilitating the processing of transactions such as placement of new funds, withdrawals and settlement of asset purchases and sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Update and maintain all periodic schedules. These include but are not limited to Fixed Income schedule, Broker Overexposure schedules, and Bond and Equity blotters. Assist in the preparation of monthly client statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports. Monitor and update financial data for investments held by the various funds and portfolios. Assist the team in forming and implementing their investment strategies and capital market expectations for the various funds and portfolios. Adhere to quality control guidelines established for the unit. EDUCATION: Bachelors in Business Administration OR related discipline. Diploma in Business or Finance with at least two (2) years working experience. Experience in the financial industry would be an asset. COMPETENCIES: Ability to work on own initiative and organize output to meet set standards and tight deadlines. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent time management and communication skills (oral & written). Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of computer applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Meticulous and detailed oriented.
