Position - Treasury Controller Reporting to the General Manager of Ireland/Head of Financial Strategy & Control The main function of the role: To project, measure, explain and report financial transactions and positions, their impact on the group, while ensuring first class risk control. The function has two main focuses: Risk control, ensuring that adequate routines and controls are in place and complied with. Treasury control, including coordination of the outsourced accounting and explanation of the entity's result. Responsibilities: Performing daily risk control of financial positions and counterparty risk in Ireland. Perform monthly risk control to ensure that the entity has secure internal control processes in place. Be responsible for the setup of accounting instructions in the Treasury Management System. Coordinate the monthly, quarterly and annual closings with the outsourcing partner. Forecast and analyse the entity's monthly result. Other ad hoc tasks Requirements: Minimum B .Sc. with a focus on Finance and /or Accounting Minimum 3 years working experience in this relevant area Understanding of financial instruments and Treasury as a function Knowledge of relevant accounting rules and IFRS Good ability to work with Microsoft Office and Treasury systems Ability to manage several activities simultaneously Used to meeting deadlines Good people skills Fluent English Prepared to have flexible working hours Availability for some amount of international travel
