岗位职责：• Invoicing correctly and timely deliver the invoices to retailers;
认真准确地开销售发票，及时寄出发票，并跟踪发票的接收。
• Weekly publish AR warning report and overdue AR chasing
每周发布应收款催款报告及对逾期的应收账款进行催讨
• Quarterly reconcile personal advance and deposit
每季度核对个人借支信息及保证金
• Take responsible on AR/AP/FA module
负责录入SAP里的AR/AP/FA模块
• As a Finance window, strictly check if the PO/contract/payment request comply with the company policy
• 作为财务窗口，严格检查PO/合同/付款申请单是否符合公司政策
• Other duties as assigned;
其他事宜
任职资格：• 1-3 years accounting working experiences preferably in MNC
一到三年外企会计相关工作经验
• College or University Degree , major in accounting is preferred
大学专科或本科，会计专业优先
• Good at excel, good sense in number
数字概念强，能熟练应用EXCEL
• Moderate oral and written English ability
有良好的口语及书面英语能力
