Finance Analyst - M&A and Deals

My client is seeking a Finance Analyst. You'll be supported by other ACAs, and involved in the cyclical processes around month end and year end to build experience balanced with the challenges and opportunities of a fast-paced, dynamic organisation

Client Details

My client are a high growth, private equity backed business solutions provider based in South Cheshire.

Description

· Assisting the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis with preparation and communication of Quarterly Forecasting and Budgeting requirements

· Focus on MI enhancements and internal planning and analysis

· Undertake internal projects (e.g. investment cases and business plans)

· Take responsibility for certain critical month end reporting processes at local and Group levels

· Be the internal owner and champion of our integrated financing planning tool

· Act as a self-starter seeking to deliver value to the business

· Financial modelling for as part of Budgetary and Quarterly Forecasting purposes

· Primary monthly reporting jobs to be allocated from Director of Finance

· Enhancement of existing / creation of commercial information

· Introduction / reinforcement of defined commercial metrics into the business

· Collation, preparation of monthly and quarterly Board reporting materials

Profile

· ACA qualified (CIMA qualified to be considered if "ideals" are met)

· Big 4 or BDO/GT training and experience

· Transaction services / due diligence experience

· Financial modeling capabilities

· Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with non-finance persons with ease
